Marissa Tisdale (Missy) of Wandering Wellness & Harmony / OM Yoga Studio will be guiding a Thursday 9:30AM YOGA CLASS at The Four Pillars for the month of June. Missy says this her favourite place and view to practice in, and free of mosquitos/ticks!

Yoga Drop-ins are $15, no need to pre-register. Please bring a mat, shawl/blanket, water bottle - and if you like, a to-go mug to take a hot tea home with you! Yoga blocks and cushions are supplied for your practice.

This class is for beginners or any level.

Missy is also excited to get out on the water! You are welcome to join her for a paddle, whether it’s a board, kayak, or canoe between 6:30am-9am on Thursdays. Text 421-5365 to let her know in advance you're joining on the water. There is a place to store your equipment and please bring your own life jacket! Donation of $5-$25 goes to the Four Pillars.
